Employee Parking Expansion
Pavement Constructors provided scaled drawing parking layout with elevations and storm water plans to the City of Pearland to obtain permits.
Pavement Constructors improved the existing gravel base, repaired soft areas, and opened up the area for parking for a three (3) month period, to cure and settle the improved base. Pavement Constructors then come back and installed the 2″ HMAC surface and pavement markings. Allowing the base to receive traffic and weather prior to paving, significantly reduces the chances of failure down the road.
Pavement Constructors performed the work over a four (4) month period and invoiced at completion.
